SUPPORTING DOONFEST

There are many ways to support the community based festival. Buy tickets for Doonfest is an obvious one of course but be you a member of the community or a local business then there are ways to get involved in delivering a top event for Dalrymple and Ayrshire.

Over the course of the year we organise events and activities to raise funds to support the main events with the goal being to make them as accessible and affordable as possible for local people.

 

Volunteering

Contact us via social media or email and join our team of willing, enthusiastic and welcoming volunteers who coordinate and organise all the various activities that make Doonfest happen. We are sure you will have something to offer as we continue to build our  projects up.

Doonfest Auction

We organise an annual Doonfest Auction which helps raise funds to support the community element of the festival and associated projects. All the auction items are donated by local businesses etc. Auction items can be viewed online.

Remember if you wish to bid on an item but want your bid to remain anonymous then just send a private message & we will place the bid for your. We will also need your address & contact number. The auction will run till 4th June. Happy Bidding!

Other events

We organise a series of smaller events across the typical year to showcase local talents in a relaxed, informal and enjoyable environment in and around Dalrymple. Our Up Close & Personal presentations allow the opportunity to hear some performers who you may never heard before and usually with some complimentary treats as well!
