Guidelines
Photography and video recording will take place at Doonfest for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.
By entering the event site, attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed or filmed and that these images may be used by the organiser in future promotional materials, including on websites, social media, press releases, and printed publications.
We are committed to respectful and responsible use of imagery.
Images of children under 16 will only be captured with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please follow the opt-out procedure outlined below or speak to a member of the event team on arrival.
Opt-out Procedure
Dooonfest may capture photographs and video footage during the event for promotional and archival purposes. This may include general crowd scenes, performances, and atmosphere shots.
We recognise that some attendees may not wish to appear in photographs or recorded media.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed:
- Please notify us in advance by emailing [email protected] before the event, where possible.
- On arrival, visit the Information Point or speak to a member of the event team to request an opt-out identifier (such as a wristband or badge where applicable).
- Inform any visible photographer or videographer at the event if you prefer not to be included in close-up images.
We will take reasonable steps to respect and implement opt-out requests. However, please note that we cannot guarantee removal from incidental background crowd shots taken in public areas.
