Ticket Terms & Conditions

Summary

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of full cancellation of the festival. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding booking or processing fees where applicable). Line-up changes, weather conditions, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

Refund Policy

All tickets purchased for Doonfest are sold on a non-refundable basis.

Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the event that the festival is officially cancelled in full by the organiser.

If the festival is cancelled in its entirety, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket only. Booking fees, processing fees, transaction fees and any ancillary purchases (including merchandise, upgrades, or donations) may be excluded from refund eligibility where permitted by law.

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:

  • Change in event line-up, performers, or programme
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Change of venue within a reasonable geographic area
  • Personal circumstances (including illness, travel disruption, or scheduling conflicts)
  • Partial cancellation or schedule changes

In the event of postponement, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. If a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled date, refund eligibility will be communicated at the organiser’s discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refund requests, where applicable, must be made via the original payment method used at checkout.

Transfer Policy

Tickets may be transferred to another individual prior to the event.

The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring that the recipient receives the ticket confirmation and any associated event communications.

The organiser accepts no liability for issues arising from private ticket transfers.

Ticket transfers must not be used for commercial gain or resale above face value (see Ticket Resale Policy).

The organiser reserves the right to request identification that matches the name on the ticket or confirmation email.

Ticket Resale Policy

Tickets purchased for Doonfest are for personal use only.

Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or at a price higher than the original face value. The unauthorised resale of tickets for profit may result in the ticket being cancelled without refund.

The organiser is not responsible for tickets purchased via unofficial resale platforms or third-party sellers.

Only tickets purchased directly through the official website are guaranteed to be valid.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry where there is reasonable suspicion that a ticket has been resold in breach of these terms.

Ticket Liability Disclaimer

Attendance at Doonfest is at the ticket holder’s own risk.

The organiser shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • Personal injury sustained at the event, except where caused by the organiser’s negligence
  • Delays, interruptions, or alterations to the event caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, public safety concerns, government restrictions, or force majeure events)

The organiser reserves the right to:

  • Refuse admission
  • Conduct security searches upon entry
  • Remove individuals behaving in a manner that is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive

By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to comply with all event rules, safety procedures, and venue regulations.
